The University of Forestry, Faculty of Ecology and Landscape Architecture, as Lead Beneficiary of the WetMainAreas project is organizing a Technical Workshop/Training: 4 Pilots Demonstration in Sofia on 14-15th of May 2019.
Findings and achievements in the 4 pilot sites: Mesta/Nestos River Basin, Aoos/Vjosa River Basin, Axios/Vardar River Basin and Region of Thessaly will be presented in terms of connectivity analysis of wetlands as connected units between service providing areas and service benefit areas. Proposals for good conservation techniques will be raised in the frame of the project logic.
