On 1st of September, 2017 the Subsidy Contract of the WetMainAreas project was signed between the Managing Authority of Transnational Cooperation Programme “Interreg V-B Balkan Mediterranean 2014-2020” and University of Forestry, Faculty of Ecology and Landscape Architecture as Lead Partner.
The contract determines the funding conditions of the whole partnership and the eligibility of expenditures. It sets the frame for reporting, control and audit and specifies the rules for changes to the project, modification and determination of the contract. It also regulates the information and publicity requirements and the intellectual property rights on the project results. The obligations and responsibilities of the Lead Partner and the Managing Authority were agreed through this document.
